Rigorous and meticulous inspection of raw materials
In the company's production system, the production workshop is the core area for creating value. It gathers advanced equipment, professional technicians, and rigorous production processes to transform high-quality raw materials into various adhesive tape products that meet market demand. As the primary link in production, raw material processing lays a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of subsequent processes.
Entering the production workshop, the first step is to the raw material pretreatment area, where a rigorous and meticulous work atmosphere permeates. When the raw materials are transported to the workshop, the first step is strict quality inspection. The staff will carefully inspect the appearance of the raw materials based on detailed quality standards to see if there are any defects such as damage, deformation, stains, etc; For adhesives, key indicators such as viscosity and curing time will be tested; For substrates such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, polyester (PET) film, etc., their physical properties such as thickness uniformity and tensile strength will be tested. Only raw materials that fully meet the standards can enter the subsequent processing flow.
After passing the inspection, the raw materials are processed according to different types and characteristics. For some roll materials such as PVC film and PET film, pre-treatment operations such as unwinding and leveling are required. By using high-precision unwinding equipment, the rolled substrate is smoothly unfolded, and a leveling device is used to eliminate wrinkles and uneven stress that may occur during transportation, ensuring a smooth surface of the substrate and providing a good foundation for subsequent coating processes.
When processing paper substrates, such as kraft paper, textured paper, etc., they need to be treated with moisture-proof and anti-static measures. Because paper materials are prone to absorbing moisture from the air, resulting in a decrease in strength and viscosity; The presence of static electricity may affect the coating effect of the adhesive and the final quality of the product. By using special moisture-proof coating treatment and electrostatic elimination equipment, the stability and applicability of paper substrates are effectively improved.
For adhesives, pre-treatment is also necessary. Some adhesives may experience precipitation, delamination, and other phenomena during storage, so stirring, filtering, and other operations are needed to ensure the uniformity and purity of the adhesive. During the mixing process, the mixing speed and time should be strictly controlled to ensure that the molecular structure of the adhesive is not damaged and maintain its good viscosity and curing performance. Filtering is the process of removing impurities and particles from the adhesive to prevent them from affecting the quality of the tape during the coating process.
